* All riders must have current insurance such as PCAV, EA/EV, HRCAV or other recognised association and be current financial members.
* $30 for up to 3 hours per horse and rider combination
* Bringing instructors is prohibited under individual schooling
* Booking is through event secretary

* Enquiries for groups of all sizes and hire for all reasons are welcome (exclusive and non-exclusive)
* An agreement will be supplied post discussion
* Copy of Certificate of Currency for public Liability of $20,000,000 is required
* Copy of a WWC Register is required for events with children under 18
* Copy or link to Code of Conduct Horse Welfare- your governing body such as EA, FEI, HRCAV, PCAV etc is required for equestrian events.
* Fees are negotiated subject to requirements
* Hire may include: venue, camping, clubrooms, kitchen, sand arenas, grass arenas, XC, dressage equipment and letters, show jumping equipment, numbers and flagging, marquees and other items.
